     Seychelles is really a paradise. The last time I went to that lovable and charming paradise for my holiday vacation, I was really impressed and fell in love with the place for the first time, especially its pristine, blue, and clear beaches.

     By the way, I am a Korean business woman. I have been venturing into hotel business for five years now, and during the five years duration, I was able to have three hotels in Seoul.       To continue, Seychelles is one of the places that I have visited where the beaches are so amazing and charming, and its people are so friendly and accommodating. Aside from having from having laid back and relaxing beaches, Seychelles also has a great economic status. Its growing economy can be testified by a lot of major developments in the place. Foreign investors have been investing in Seychelles since the late 1990’s.

       According to one of the locals in the area, a lot of foreign investors are attracted to invest in Seychelles because of its convenient and easy offshore company registration. Unlike any countries wherein foreign investors takes time and sometimes experience a lot of hassle in registering their international company, in Seychelles all the foreign investor has to do is simply register the off shore company, once the off shore company is already registered, the international company can then start its business operations. There are no specific requirements for registering an international company in Seychelles, all the foreign investor left to do is pay an annual government pay. It is free from tax and other charges.

      I was really impressed with what I had learned. It was a great deal actually. Because of what I just learned about the international business policies in Seychelles, I am now thinking of putting up a hotel and beach resort in that wonderful place.
